  • While smart contracts on surge.trade have undergone external audits, it's vital to understand that audits don't guarantee the absence of unforeseen issues in the future.

  • Users are solely responsible for any potential loss, damages, or liability arising from the use of Surge products. Neither Surge nor any of it's partners will be held liable for any losses, whether direct or consequential, stemming from the use of the website and its services.

4. THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS

Users acknowledge that both Surge and any of it's partners are not liable for actions or liabilities of third parties, including Radix L1, external DEXs, or associated smart contract interactions.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users should only engage with surge.trade using assets they're willing to risk.

  • Users must abide by all relevant local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, regulatory requirements and constraints based on the user's jurisdiction.

By using surge.trade, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surge and and any of it's partners, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.
